Working primarily as a Listing Broker, you will benefit from my "outside of the box" thinking to market your home.  My years of sales and real estate experience, both as an Independent Broker and Designated Broker, will assist in negotiating all terms of the contract. Being completely dedicated to timely and consistent communication will ensure you are well abreast of the transactional details.  Any agent can put a sign in your yard... only an experienced and successful agent will ensure a successful closing of your property.
