While I love assisting my clients buy and sell real estate… I also enjoy living and playing in the Valley of the Sun. We live in an amazing location to do it all!

Listen

Listening is key! It's important to understand what my client's true goals are for each real estate transaction and how to best meet their needs. Listening takes time and effort; all very worthwhile.

Communicate

Communication must be clear, concise, and timely! There is nothing worse than wondering what is going on and where we are in the process. It's my commitment to communicate each step of the transaction; as much or as little as requested and via whatever medium is preferred. Buying or selling a home is one of life's biggest decisions as well as some times complicated; thus communication is key Getting the KEYS!

Deliver

Delivering on a commitment takes creative energy and a tenacious drive for success in real estate. No two transactions or clients are ever the same; it's imperative to be able to adapt to each scenario while keeping an eye on the end finish line!

I love sharing the area's great opportunities to anyone living or visiting the area. Our rich culture offers something for everyone. We have fabulous neighborhoods, exciting opportunities, and so much to explore. While I have lived in other areas of the country; I LOVE calling Scottsdale HOME!

When I'm not working you can find me running or cycling in and around Scottsdale and Paradise Valley or on the tennis courts working my cross court winner! Or sometimes I prefer to cook up a lovely pasta sauce and enjoy a glass of Chianti .. either way I'm definitely enjoying my life in the Valley of the Sun... and hope you do too!
